Gilbert’s Restaurant does not operate a strict dress code, however, we do not allow shorts at lunch or dinner time.

Many of the vegetables we use on our menu are produced in our own garden such as turnips, lettuce, spinach, tomatoes, broad beans and baby carrots. We also grow numerous varieties of herbs at the Grims Dyke including rosemary, thyme, sage, parsley, chives and basil.
